After notification of acceptance, the author(s) must provide the final high-resolution version of the video before November 20th.
Depending on the length of the video, we will choose to download or receive the material on a hard drive.
The shipping costs is at the participant’s expense. Our team will cover the cost of returning the copy, which will take place within a period of one week after the end of the event.
It is important to remember that if the video has dialogs, we recommend that you provide a subtitle track in English or Portuguese.
It is highly recommended that all films also provide closed captions for those with hearing impairments.
The submitted files must meet one of the technical specifications below:
IDEAL SPECIFICATION (individual frames with individual audio tracks):
Format:DomeMaster format, 2K (2048×2048) or 4K (4096×4096) for untitled dome, square pixels, 24bit RGB, PNG frame sequence.
Frame rate:30 FPS;
Audio Format:1 Surround with individual tracks (Left, Centre, Right, Right Surround, Left Surround, Low);
Audio Resolution:24bit, 48KHz, WAV uncompressed;
Filename pattern: the file naming pattern will be sent after notification of acceptance.

Video Resolution:2K (2048×2048) or 4K (4096×4096), square pixels;
Frame rate:30 FPS;
Video Format:MOV, AVI, M4V, MPEG;
